ex3: a highly experimental bot with 70+ random commands

As of the 20th of April, ex3 is being rewritten from JavaScript, using Discord.js v13, to TypeScript, using Discord.js v14. If you would like to help testing, email me. That's all. Read on :)

• Perform WHOIS lookups, convert timezones, and calculate exchange rates
• Generate memes, mock text, or play /rock-paper-scissors
• Search Steam games or profiles, IP lookups, country data, BeamNG.drive vehicles
• /mistranslate - puts text through Google Translate many times for an absurdly mistranslated result
• No setup or configuration required!
