Terms of Service

ex3 is a tool. As all tools are subject to abuse, server administrators should read this before adding the bot. If you plan on authorizing it globally, you should also read it.

1: Commands are unfiltered

There are commands that can be used to view NSFW content, such as /screenshot, /urban, and so on. These commands are not designed to return NSFW content, but it is absolutely possible.

Moderation is a very convoluted process, and it's a battle I can't fully win. I could block a thousand websites and words, but two thousand workarounds would appear. So:

2: Admins have control over who and where commands are used

Enter Server Settings > Integrations > ex3, and click on the command you want to control. Server administrators have the ability to control the usage of certain commands like /screenshot or /urban within their server settings.

3: I can still block you

Despite this, if you are using the bot in a malicious way, such as extremism, circumventing a user block, raiding a server, or similar harmful behavior, I will block you from using the bot. This is very easy to do, and I will do it.

Furthermore, if you are using the bot in a way that violates Discord's Terms of Service (TOS), I will block you from using the bot immediately.

4: If you disagree

If you disagree with these terms, do not use the bot. Continued use of the bot implies acceptance of these terms of service.
